Dorel Industries: Q4 Earnings Snapshot

WESTMOUNT, Quebec (AP) _ Dorel Industries Inc. (DIIBF) on Thursday reported a loss of $19.6 million in its fourth quarter.

The Westmount, Quebec-based company said it had a loss of 60 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 37 cents per share.

The maker of bicycles, child safety products and home furnishings posted revenue of $435.3 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $31.6 million, or 97 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $1.76 billion.
